I’ve been a part of Newman Springs Dental Care for six years. And now in my new role, it’s exciting. To me, this practice is home, and everybody here is happy. The patients who come here, they’re family. When I have a patient sitting in the chair, I look at it like it’s my mother, or brothers and when I come up with a plan or a treatment plan for them, getting them to the best oral health they could be, I always think of it as what would I do if it was my parent in the chair?
To me, it’s always doing the right service specifications. And here, we are a great team. We love, we laugh and cry, we have a lot of fun. And our patients see it. And our patients love it and they come. We know them by name. They walk in and we know what’s going on in their lives. We know, oh, the son got married or they had a graduation or the vacation they took last summer. And I take pride. I take pride to say that I know my patients, and I get to know my patients and it’s just not… They’re not, you know, patient number two, or patient number one for the day.
