Members of our Lincroft team take many hours of annual training in order to provide the best possible service to our patients. Get to know more about them and their qualifications below.
Ashley has been working with our team at Newman Springs Dental Care since 2016. Nothing makes her happier than making patients leave with a smile! She is a graduate of the dental assistant program at Monmouth County Vocational School District and has studied radiology and IV contrast extravasation (ICE) at the Advantage Career Institute in Eatontown, NJ. She has also completed training or certifications in radiology (Radiation Health and Safety), OSHA compliance (HPTC compliance training), infection control training/certificate, and CPR (Basic Life Support). To give back to our community, Ashley volunteers at the Ashley Lauren Foundation and at Dentistry From The Heart events in Lincroft, Howell, and Belmar.
Ashley grew up in Holmdel, NJ and now resides in Aberdeen with her boyfriend. She enjoys seeing new movies, shopping, spending time with her cousin, and exploring new places.
Laura joined our team in 2014 after graduating from the Rutgers University School of Health Related Professions. Her goal is to make sure every patient feels as comfortable as possible and to see them leave with a smile. To provide our patients with the best dental service she can, Laura has completed a radiology license, OSHA training from HPTC Compliance Partners, and CPR Basic (BLS) Cardiac Life Support. Each year since 2014, she has volunteered at the annual Dentistry From The Heart event. She has also given her time and skills volunteering at the Give Kids a Smile event at Rutgers University.
Laura was born in Seoul, South Korea, where she was adopted in 1986. She grew up in Middletown, NJ, where she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs. Laura loves to try new places to eat and enjoys exploring new places.
Linda has been part of our team since she got her RDA in Farmingdale, NJ in 1996. While there, she also earned her dental radiology license so she can provide better assessments and treatments for our patients.
Linda strives to keep patients comfortable, healthy, and safe during treatment. To continue growing her skills, she has also undergone extensive training and achieved certifications such as one from The Scheduling Institute in Roswell, GA; Invisalign; CEREC; inhaled, IV, and oral conscious dental sedation administration; CPR Basic Life Support; and OSHA compliance. Linda also enjoys staying active in the community by volunteering at our annual Dentistry From The Heart event. She has been part of this cause since 2007!
Linda grew up in Middletown and has been married to her husband, Jeff, since 1979. She has two children and four grandchildren. Linda loves to bake with her grandkids.
Roxanne has been with us since 2005 and has been a dental assistant since 1987. She earned her RDA from Bryman International School in New Brunswick, NJ. Her main job goals are to help patients feel comfortable, see them happy with a smile on their face, and help them overcome their dental fears. To provide the best care possible, Roxanne has completed programs and certifications in dental radiology, Ocean County, NJ, CPR Basic (Basic Life Support), Cardiac Life Support, OSHA compliance, HPTC Partners, and The Scheduling Institute in Roswell, GA. She is also an active member of the American Dental Assistant Association and has completed advanced training in several areas of dentistry, including oral surgery, implant surgery, periodontal care, general dentistry, and IV and oral conscious sedation. To give back to our community, Roxanne volunteers annually at Dentistry From The Heart Event in Lincroft, NJ (since 2007) and the American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Walk in Point Pleasant, NJ (since 2010).
Outside the office, Roxanne belongs to Calvary Baptist Church where she sings in two choirs. She has two children and a wonderful grandson. In her free time, Roxanne loves to garden and give back to her community.
Jennifer became a dental assistant in 1989 at the Toms River Vocational and Technical School in Toms River, NJ. While there, she also earned her dental radiology license. She joined the team at Newman Springs Dental Care in 2004. To provide our patients with the best care possible, Jennifer has undergone extensive training at the Scheduling Institute in Roswell, GA and in several areas of dentistry, including different types of dentures, temporary dental crowns, dental implants, and oral conscious sedation. She has also been certified in CPR Advanced Cardiac and Basic Life Support (ACLS and BLS, respectively), OSHA compliance from HPTC Partners, Invisalign, and CEREC. When she’s at work, Jennifer’s top priority is patient care, well-being, and comfort for all patients. Since 2007, Jennifer has been proudly volunteering with several of our other team members at the annual Dentistry From The Heart event.
Jennifer has been married to her husband, Mike, since 1995. She has three wonderful children. She especially enjoys spending time with her family in her hometown of South Toms River, NJ. She and her husband volunteer together to help out with the Toms River South High School Marching Indian Band and Wrestling Booster Club.
Krystina joined our team in 2016. Her goal is to make sure every patient is happy, healthy, and comfortable. She attended the Advantage Career Institute in 2016 and has earned her radiology license and CPR (Basic Life Support) certification. To give back to our community, Krystina volunteers her time and skills with Dentistry From The Heart.
Krystina was born in Union, NJ and now lives in Middletown, NJ. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as being outdoors as often as possible.
Melissa joined Newman Springs Dental Care in 2015. Her goal is to educate, demonstrate, and help all patients with their individual needs to help them get to their optimal well-being.
Pauline received an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in dental hygiene and has been part of our team since 2013. Her dental career began as a dental assistant with Pankey Institute in Coral Gables, FL. She has made a dedicated commitment to the dental health and well-being of every patient she has met since 1976.
Pauline is a graduate of Brookdale Community College and the School of Health Related Professions at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Scotch Plains, NJ, formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). There, she became a certified and registered dental assistant in order to care for apprehensive dental patients requiring general anesthesia and various forms of dental sedation. Pauline then furthered her dental career by becoming a dental hygienist. In her work, she brings a compassionate chairside manner and a desire to educate patients in maintaining a healthy mouth and its connection to whole-body health. Her ambition is to provide excellent personalized care for every patient she meets and to simply address their individual needs to help them maintain a healthy mouth for life.

Pauline is also a member of the New Jersey Dental Association and the American Dental Hygiene Association. She has also been awarded the UMDNJ Dental Hygiene Program Outstanding Service Award and the Dr. Karen Kulikowski Exemplary Patient Education and Community Service Award. Pauline also enjoys giving back to her community. She has been volunteering at the annual Dentistry From The Heart event in Lincroft, NJ since 2013 and has participated in the annual Give Kids a Smile event.
Outside of work, Pauline enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.
Laura has been helping patients improve their smiles at Newman Springs Dental Care since 2011. She is passionate about her job and is committed to providing comfortable, friendly, quality care to all patients and keeping current on what’s new in the dental community by furthering her education.
Laura R. is a graduate of Brookdale Community College, where she was recognized as a Distinguished Scholar. In January 2011, she achieved her RDH at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Scotch Plains, NJ, formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). She also completed two years of clinical experience seeing patients at the New Jersey Dental School and the Scotch Plains Clinic and became an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in dental hygiene.
Laura R. has been working as a registered dental hygienist in both general and pediatric dental offices since 2011. Prior to dental hygiene school, she worked as a dental assistant in a periodontal practice. This allowed her to gain insight and valuable knowledge regarding periodontal conditions. Laura is a proud member of the American Dental Hygienist Association (ADHA) and has certifications in local anesthesia, CPR, first aid, and dental sedation monitoring. Laura gives back by volunteering for many organizations and events, such as the annual Dentistry From The Heart event (since 2011), Give Kids a Smile, the VA Hospital in West Orange, the Rahway health fair, and at programs in Staten Island by educating children with autism on oral hygiene instructions.
When she is not treating patients, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the movies, shopping, and seeing new places.
Keary has been a proud member of the Newman Springs Dental Care team since 2011. Keary brings with her extensive experience in finances, insurance, and treatment plan coordinating, which she has been doing since 1997. Continuing her commitment to education, Keary has also completed training in CPR, dental radiography, and Vipersoft computer dental imaging through Staff Driven Practice in Ramsey, the Scheduling Institute in Roswell, and Dental Studies Institute in Fairfield.
Keary enjoys establishing a trusting relationship with our patients while providing them with assistance, compassion, and support. She believes that creating a warm and caring environment allows patients to feel at ease and confident that they are receiving the best care possible. Keary also stays active in the community. She has volunteered her time with the Concerned Ferret Owners Ferret Rescue 501c3 and been recognized as an outstanding volunteer at the Van Dyk Manor of Ridgewood, NJ.
Keary is a transplant to Monmouth County. She was born and raised in the Passaic/Bergen County region. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
